Martin Brower, McDonald’s exclusive Canadian logistics provider, has officially opened a 172,000 sq ft cold storage warehouse in Oshawa, Ontario. The facility, located at 650 Conlin Road West in Northwood Business Park, was co-developed and is co-owned by BGO and Stonemont Financial, with Panattoni Development and Nexrock Design Build contributing as development and construction partners. Built on a 17-acre site, the property features advanced logistics capabilities including 40-foot clearance heights, 37 dock doors, extensive cooler and freezer space, and capacity to service over 200 McDonald’s restaurants across Eastern Ontario.
BGO emphasized the facility’s strategic importance to the region’s cold chain infrastructure, noting its modern, temperature-controlled logistics capabilities. The warehouse is fully leased to Martin Brower and includes integrated office and warehouse space. Its proximity to Oshawa Executive Airport and major rail lines enhances its accessibility, making it a key hub in the regional food supply network.
